2. Age Requirements

• Participants must be 18 years or older to book and participate independently.

• Participants below the age of 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the session.

 

3. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required upfront at the time of booking due to the nature of the service.

• Payments can be made via our website or on-site before your session begins.

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture of the booking amount.

 

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made 24 hours in advance will be eligible for rescheduling or a refund.

• No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will result in no refund.

 

5. Safety Procedures

• All participants must follow the safety guidelines provided during the safety briefing.

• Protective gear (including gloves, goggles, and overalls) must be worn at all times during the session.

• Participants may choose to wear their own long-sleeve shirts and pants for comfort, but this is at their own discretion.

• Always wear closed-toe shoes.

• Any failure to comply with safety instructions may result in the termination of the session without refund.

 

6. Liability Waiver

• Chaos Rage Room is not responsible for any injuries, loss, or damage sustained during the session. By participating, you acknowledge that Rage Room activities involve inherent risks and accept full responsibility for your participation.

• A liability waiver must be signed by each participant (or their legal guardian) before the session begins.

 

7. Property Damage

• The Rage Room is designed for destruction of approved objects only. Any damage caused to the Rage Room facilities, outside of the designated objects, will result in the participant being held liable for repair costs.

 

8. Prohibited Items

• Participants are not allowed to bring outside objects for destruction unless otherwise specified as part of a DIY package.

• Alcohol, drugs, and other intoxicants are strictly prohibited before and during the session. Anyone under the influence will be asked to leave without a refund.

 

9. Session Time and Rules

• Each session is limited to the time slot booked. Overrunning a session will incur additional fees if possible or may not be allowed due to the next session starting.

• Participants should arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled session for check-in and safety briefings. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session time without a refund.

 

10. Group Bookings and Events

• Group bookings are available, but all participants must meet the same safety and liability requirements.

• Team-building and corporate events can be customized. For larger events, please contact us directly for quotes and scheduling.

 

11. Personal Belongings

• Chaos Rage Room is not liable for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings brought to the premises. We recommend leaving valuables at home or in your vehicle.

 

12. Code of Conduct

• All participants are expected to behave in a manner that is respectful to other participants and staff.

• Any abusive behavior or failure to follow staff instructions will result in immediate termination of the session, and no refund will be provided.

 

13. Health and Medical Conditions

• It is your responsibility to ensure that you are physically fit to participate in the Rage Room activities.

• Participants with medical conditions, injuries, or who are pregnant are advised not to participate, or should first seek approval from their healthcare provider.

 

14. Amendments

• Chaos Rage Room reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. The most recent version will always be available on our website and will apply to all bookings.
