CANCELLATION POLICY
At Chaos Rage Room, we are dedicated to providing an exhilarating and safe experience for all participants. Our booking policy outlines the responsibilities and liabilities to ensure everyone enjoys a stress-relieving, yet secure, environment. Terms and Confitions Apply. 1. Booking and Pricing: Individual Pricing: All sessions are priced per participant and must be booked in advance. Group discounts may apply for larger bookings—please contact us for details. Payment: Full payment is required to secure your booking. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 24-48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of any and all payments. 2. Age Restrictions: 18+ Participants: All participants must be 18 years or older to attend without supervision. Minors (aged 12-17) must be accompanied by a responsible adult. The adult will be required to sign a liability waiver for themselves and the minor. 3. Safety Guidelines: Protective Gear: We provide all participants with safety gear, including coveralls, face shields, and gloves. While protective clothing is mandatory, participants may choose to wear their own long-sleeve shirts and pants instead of the coveralls for added comfort. Health Conditions: Participants must disclose any health conditions or injuries that may limit their ability to safely engage in rage room activities. Intoxication: Any participant suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to participate and will forfeit their session without a refund. 4. Liability and Waivers: Assumption of Risk: All participants must sign a waiver before entering the rage room. By doing so, participants acknowledge the physical nature of the activities and assume full responsibility for any risks, including injury or damages. Damage to Property: While participants are encouraged to smash the items provided, any damage to equipment or property outside the rage room will be the responsibility of the participant and may result in additional charges. Personal Belongings: Chaos Rage Room is not liable for the loss or damage of personal items brought into the facility. Secure storage for valuables will be provided. 5. Responsibilities of Participants: Respect for Rules: Participants must follow all safety instructions given during the pre-session briefing.
